We started a Turkish Speaking Hub, and we are very pleased!!! Check it out here!

Every year, dozens of students from Turkey participate in the Teens Dream Co Lab video competition. They make videos where they share their ideas about global issues. Gender equality, climate change, zero plastic, education… We are delighted to see the seeds of ideas in the minds of each of these young people fall to the ground. Young people feed not one idea, but dozens of ideas in their minds. To help each seed fall into the ground, we started a Turkish Speaking Hub.

The Turkish Speaking Hub was established to support, inspire and share ideas with other people, for Turkish youth who want to raise awareness within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) around the world.

What we are doing?

We will work around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)  by making change through 9 different types of projects: blogs, podcasts, translating, video and posters raising awareness, and informational texts by spreading information that we want to share with young people who are the adults of the future.

Turkish speaking hub başkanı Sude’den,

Turkish speaking hub’ı açtık. Ve çok mutluyuz!!! Her yıl teens dream co lab video yarışmasına Türkiye’den onlarca öğrenci katılıyor. Küresel problemlerle ilgili fikirlerini paylaştıkları videolar çekiyorlar. Cinsiyet eşitliği, iklim değişikliği, sıfır plastik, eğitim… Bu gençlerin her birinin kafasındaki fikir tohumlarının toprağa düşüşünü görmek bizi çok mutlu ediyor. Ama gençler tek bir fikir değil onlarca fikir besliyor zihinlerinde. Her bir tohumun toprağa düşmesinde yardımcı olmak adına turkish speaking hub’ı açtık. 

Turkish speaking hub, Dünya çapında UN Sustainable development Goals (SDGs) ilkeleri altında farkındalık yaratmak isteyen Türk gençlerini desteklemek, ilham vermek ve fikirlerini başka insanlarla paylaşabilmelerini sağlamak amacıyla oluşturuldu.

Peki,hedeflerimiz?

Sustainable development Goals (SDGs) ilkeleri altında 9 tane farklı merkezin projelerini, bloglarını, podcastlerini Türkçeye çevirerek,videolar ve posterler aracılığıyla farkındalık yaratmak ve bilgilendirici metinler yazarak geleceğin yetişkinleri olan gençlerimizi aydınlatmak istiyoruz.
