Contrary to popular perception, America is actually experiencing an “Entrepreneurship Deficit” according to Victor Hwang, VP of Entrepreneurship at the Kauffman Foundation, during testimony to Congress earlier this year.

That’s why the Global Co Lab Network and 2GFounders hosted a Salon to connect generational entrepreneurs on Feb 16th 2017 to discuss the importance of Millennials, Baby Boomers AND GenXers siting down with and listening to each other–  not just to create new companies (profit and non-profit) but also to address key environmental issues (that we Boomers created)!  We had a lively exchange that included airing pent-up Millennial frustrations towards Boomers, especially regarding the environment… that included a Millennial SKYPING in from Hawaii!  Our group also agreed that GenXers are essential to the group as they are the glue that connects the gap between Millennials and Boomers.  For entrepreneurial minded Millennials, GenXers and Boomers in the DC area, please join us at a future meetup:
